Course Vision
A structured yoga-based programme to reduce exam anxiety, overthinking, and stress; and to improve concentration, memory, retention, mental clarity, and emotional balance - using Pranayam, mindfulness, and study-energy practices.
Eligibility
Students - Std. 6th onwards.
Duration & Sessions
- 3 months - total 15 sessions
- 1 offline weekly session + 1 online monthly revision session (5 sessions per month)
- Each session is 1 hour
Course Fees
₹4,500 per student for the full 3-month programme (₹300 per 1-hour session).
